NEW CONTRACT IN ARIZONA
CHA took over the management of The Dobson Ranch Inn & Suites on January 1, 2012. This 213 room hotel spread over 10 acres in the heart of Mesa offers extended stay suites, executive and standard rooms, beautiful pools and spas, a fire-pit, a choice of restaurants and sports bar as well as extensive meeting and banquet rooms.

CHA signs contract to consult on the redevelopment and
refurbishment of a major property in Colorado.

Hotel veteran Jerry Petitt, CEO of hotel management firm, CHA Management, was named to the national board of directors of the American Automobile Association at its 106th annual meeting in Orlando. Petitt, formerly President and Vice-Chairman of Choice Hotels and Chief Operating Officer of Best Western, has served on the board of the AAA Mid-Atlantic for a number of years.
